There’s no question, California is in a serious housing crisis, and everyone is looking for solutions to help solve the problem. This led to Proposition 10, a Local Rent Control Initiative, getting added to the upcoming November 6, 2018 election.

With the November, 2018 date just shy of 90 days away, opponents of Proposition 10 are swinging the bats hard. Big money landlords against the initiative, and other large organizations for it, are pouring millions of dollars into campaigns. Who will win, and who will lose?
